THIS SCHEDULE DEFINES THE CANONICAL FEE PRINCIPLES AND LOGISTICS COST RECOVERY POLICIES APPLICABLE TO CUSTOMER ORDERS ON HAATKARO. Applicable delivery charges, platform fees, and order-specific amounts are dynamically calculated and itemized for customer review on the checkout screen prior to payment authorization.
1. Customer Delivery Fee Principles
Dynamic Distance & Fleet Cost Recovery
Delivery charges are calculated dynamically based on verified route distance from the merchant store to the delivery destination, package volume characteristics, partner fleet availability, and current platform policies.
All delivery charges are itemized transparently in the shopping cart and checkout review screens prior to order placement, ensuring complete fee certainty before payment is authorized.
• Store Self-Pickup: Incurs zero platform delivery charge.
• Merchant-Fulfilled Delivery: Delivery fees for merchant-managed fleets are set directly by the merchant and disclosed prior to checkout.
• Platform Fleet Delivery: Fulfilled by verified delivery partners under standard platform logistics tariffs.

HaatKaro may provide promotional delivery fee waivers (including initial platform-fleet free delivery credits) to qualifying customer accounts. Eligibility is validated dynamically at checkout based on account history and merchant participation.
5. Peak & Operational Surcharges
Conditional operational surcharges apply strictly during periods of severe weather, exceptional localized demand surges, or late-night operations to ensure partner availability. Any active surcharge is displayed explicitly on the order breakdown before payment confirmation.
